How can I place my order?

You can place an order online with secure payment processing via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to place your order. PayPal is a secure service that we use in order to process your online payment. Once you have selected your items and you click on the "Process to Checkout" button in the shopping cart you will be prompted to login (for those that have a PayPal account) or your can continue without an account. Acceptable forms of payment are listed on the shopping cart and may vary based on PayPal's policies. Of course, checks (drawn on a US bank in US funds) and US Money Orders are always accepted at the address listed on our contact us page. Any further questions - just give us a call or email us.

Refunds & Exchanges

Kare Enterprises will be happy to exchange your purchase for other merchandise, but cannot issue refunds on purchased items. Ordered the wrong item? Simply contact us and we can exchange your purchase for another item. All exchanges are subject to approval from management and all exchanged items must be received by Kare Enterprises, Inc. in salable condition free from flaws, defects, and any other distateful condition. Shipping charges will apply on all exchange transactions.

Do you do custom work for my chorus, quartet, company, or group?

Yes, we specialize in custom designed work! Email us at and let us know what you are looking for. We have hundreds of items from t-shirts to jackets available to choose from and we have a variety of different ways to get your design on your item. We can customize using embroidery, Rhinestones, metallic studs, glittered heat press, shimmer heat press, opaque heat press, and silk screen process just to name a few. Minimum orders may apply for custom orders and are based on the design style and materials involved. Quantity discounts are often applied to orders of 50 or more, but again is determined by the materials used and the overall cost for the project.

Do I need to already have a logo or design for my custom order?

It is strongly recommended that you already have a logo or design in mind for your project. Any process that would require the use of a logo style design must be submitted to us for proper duplication including applicable copyright permissions etc. The process is quite simple - email us your logo or design in the best possible quality and we will reply with a final proof for your approval.

Ordering process timeframe

All orders are processed in the order received. Retail stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. In the event your order cannot be processed within this timeframe you will be notified via email. Anticipated processing time for custom orders are quoted up front. Most custom order timeframes require a 2-3 week processing time before shipping. Please provide a phone number with your order for additional contact method.


All orders are shipped by trackable and traceable means - usually (and preferably) by UPS Ground. Expedited shipping serves are available at an additional charge. If you require quicker shipping services, please let us know and we can quote accordingly. Kare Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for lost orders shipped by untraceable or untrackable means. Therefore, we stongly encourage you to provide a street address or UPS validated shipping address. We stongly discourage shipments to PO boxes. Kare Enterprises is NOT responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or import fees imposed by governments, carriers, or third party forwarders.
